Graham Dennie - February 21, 2008
Graham Dennie is a sixteen-year-old grade 10 student from North Park Collegiate who has been involved in karate for the past 7 ½ years. He played soccer for 4 years with the Brantford Youth Soccer League and participated in bowling and baseball.
Graham is an active member of the Don Warreners Martial Arts Academy who has competed at numerous tournaments throughout Ontario including Windsor, Hamilton, Burlington, Mississauga, St. Catherines, Toronto and Kitchener.
Graham has received over 40 awards at karate competitions usually finishing in 1st and 2nd place. In June 2006 he achieved a junior black belt.
Graham enjoys teaching younger children the art of Karate, and for the past 1 1/2 years he has been an instructor at the Don Warreners Martial Arts Academy working six days a week.
Graham is a dedicated and hardworking student who is on his school's honor roll. His goal for the future is to become a full belt.
