Tyler Hinds - March 11, 2010
Tyler Hinds is a seventeen year old grade 11 student at St. John’s College who has been involved in many sports including basketball, football, soccer and rugby.
In 2006 Tyler received the Lansdowne Costain boys Athletic Award and the boys Track and Field Award. In 2006 he competed in the Brantford 3 on 3 Street Ball tournament and finished in 2nd place.
He was a member of the SJC Junior Football team, the SJC Junior Basketball team, and the SJC Junior Rugby team all of whom won BCSSAA. Along the way he received more than one rugby MVP, and the offensive MVP for football.
Tyler also participates in rep soccer for BICS and has been involved since grade 6. He has been an active member of the Brantford Harlequins Rugby team for the past two years. He gives back to the community by feeding the homeless from time to time.
Tyler is a dedicated and out going student who maintains a 75% average with big plans to take the college or university route to study kinesiology, and play football for the college or university he attends.
